Appendices to the Lord of the Rings

Bard Press originally published The Lord of the Rings without the Appendices in 1999, and then included them in their new edition in 2001. The Appendices were released at the same time as a separate volume for those who had purchased the 199 edition.
(The 2001 edition is perhaps the most unusual edition ever publushed of the Lord of the Rings.)
